We are an omni-channel e-commerce marketing agency. We specialize in scaling self-hosted websites like Shopify and WooCommerce, as well as maximizing growth on major marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. We handle everything from listings to advertising on these platforms.
We work with brands at all stages. For new or developing brands, our "Project Plan" or "Flexi Hours" are perfect for building a solid foundation, generating ad creatives, and setting up initial campaigns. For established brands making over $10,000 USD/month, our "Growth Partner Plan" is the ideal fit for aggressive scaling.
The Growth Partner Plan is a performance-based model where we charge 5% of gross revenue across all managed channels. If your monthly revenue is below $10,000 USD, a minimum fee of $500 USD/month applies.
Our initial focus is to build a strong presence across all sales channels, optimize listings, run ad campaigns, and execute organic marketing through social media and other off-site channels.
No, it applies only to revenue generated through the specific channels we manage and the growth initiatives we execute directly.
All sales on the channels we manage are attributed to us, with the strict exception of revenue from pre-existing repeat customers. Those are tracked separately.
We manage both paid and organic marketing, so no additional tools are required. We handle the full marketing operation end-to-end. If you have direct sales or any pre-existing sales arrangements through your website, those can be tracked separately.
Because we invest time and resources from the start, we can't pause revenue attribution from a managed channel during the contract period.
The Growth Partner Plan features a hybrid billing schedule combining an upfront base fee with a month-end performance calculation. At the beginning of each month, the $500 USD minimum base fee is invoiced. At the end of the month, we calculate 5% of your gross revenue to determine if any additional performance fee is owed.

For example:
• If your monthly revenue is $8,000 USD (where 5% is $400 USD), the minimum fee covers the month. No additional charges are applied, and you only pay the standard $500 USD base fee for the next month.
• If your monthly revenue is $15,000 USD (where 5% is $750 USD), we deduct the $500 USD you already paid upfront, leaving a $250 USD performance balance. This $250 USD is then billed alongside your $500 USD base fee for the following month.
There is no minimum ad budget. We run campaigns across channels such as Amazon, eBay, Google, and Meta, and adjust budgets based on performance. Beyond ads, we also optimize listings with SEO to improve visibility and handle off-site SEO for long-term search growth.
We only require the level of access needed to handle SEO, run paid ads, and track revenue on your website, Shopify store, or other platforms. Super admin access is not necessary—only operational access is required for execution and tracking.
We follow a 12-month partnership term. We invest heavily in the early months, and those efforts continue to generate results over time. If there is an early exit, compensation is required based on the higher of the minimum fee ($500 USD) or the average revenue from the past 3 months. At the end of the contract term, the agreement can be renewed if both parties agree.
This depends on factors like pricing, product quality, and customer feedback. If the product is strong and competitively priced, growth potential is significant. In some cases, we have scaled brands up to 10x revenue. Regardless of short-term performance, our organic efforts continue to deliver long-term benefits.
Payments are monthly, as we need to cover ongoing team salaries and operational costs. We cannot offer deferred payments, quarterly billing, or a later payment point, even for smaller brands carefully managing cash flow.
Our Flexi Hours plan bills at $8/hour and requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. This ensures our experts have adequate time dedicated to actively optimizing your PPC, managing bids, and executing necessary multi-channel strategies to move the needle.
Yes, all fixed-cost Project Plans require an initial payment to begin work. We structure these projects with clear milestones and deadlines, so you know exactly what is being delivered and when.
No. Transparency is a core value at EcomHoard. We do not charge hidden setup fees or surprise costs. The terms of your selected plan (Fixed Project Cost, $8/hr for Flexi, or 5% / $500 min for Growth Partner) outline exactly what you will be billed.
