Do I need a special app for Shopify?
It helps, but isn't required. We can use native Shopify functionality by setting inventory to "Continue selling when out of stock" and changing the button text to "Pre-Order". For advanced crowdfunding visuals (progress bars), we use specific apps or custom code.
What if I don't hit my funding goal?
