Do I need to give you my login?
No. You send an invitation to our agency email via "User Permissions." We only request the permissions necessary to do the job (e.g., Inventory, Performance, Orders). You retain full admin control.
Do you handle customer support?
Yes. We monitor Buyer-Seller Messaging and respond within 24 hours to maintain your SLA metrics. We use your brand's templates or create new ones to ensure consistent tone.
Can you fix stranded inventory?
Yes. This is a top priority. Stranded inventory accrues storage fees but cannot be sold. We diagnose the cause (e.g., pricing error, missing attribute) and fix it immediately to get the stock live again.
