What is the difference between Transparency and Project Zero?
Transparency is a proactive serialization service (preventing fakes). Project Zero is a self-service tool that lets brands remove counterfeit listings without waiting for Amazon support. We recommend using both.
Do I need to label every unit?
Yes. For enrolled ASINs, Amazon requires 100% of units to have the code, regardless of whether they are sold on Amazon or elsewhere. This prevents "leakage" where gray market sellers send retail units into FBA.
