Influencer FAQ

Do I need to pay the influencers?
It depends. Micro-influencers (under 10k) will often post for free product (gifting). Larger creators usually require a fee. We negotiate on your behalf to get the best rates or performance-based deals.
What about usage rights?
This is critical. By default, you do NOT own the video they create. We ensure our contracts include "Organic Reposting Rights" and "Paid Ad Rights" so you can use their content in your own marketing.
How do you handle shipping?
We collect shipping addresses and can either input them into your Shopify store manually (Flexi Plan) or provide you with a CSV file to upload for bulk fulfillment.
