AR Technical FAQ

How long does the approval process take?
Once we submit the completed filter, Meta (Instagram/Facebook) usually takes 1-3 business days to approve it. TikTok and Snapchat have similar timeframes. We manage the entire submission process and any required revisions.
Can I see how many sales the filter generated?
Organic filters track "Impressions," "Opens," "Captures," and "Shares." Direct revenue attribution is difficult for organic filters. However, if we run the filter as a Paid Ad format (like Facebook AR Ads), we can track direct link clicks and conversions.
Do I need to provide 3D models?
If you have CAD files or .obj/.gltf files of your products, it speeds up the process significantly. If not, our 3D artists can model your product from high-res 2D photos as part of the project scope.
