Do we need to send you the physical product?
For 3D Animation (the best method), we just need your CAD files (.step, .obj, .fbx) or highly detailed photos and dimensions. For Live-Action videos with hand-modeling, yes, you will need to ship a sample to our studio.
Can we use the video on our Amazon listing?
Absolutely. The video serves double duty: it goes on the post-purchase QR landing page, AND it can be uploaded as the 7th image slot on your Amazon listing, serving as a powerful pre-purchase conversion tool.
What if my product changes slightly in the next batch?
This is why 3D animation is vastly superior to live-action filming. If you change a screw type or a panel color, we can update the 3D render in a fraction of the time (and cost) it would take to reshoot a live video.
