How do I send you the files?

We provide a secure, dedicated Google Drive or Dropbox folder for you. Simply drop your raw WAV/MP3 files and any intro/outro music in there, and we'll notify you when the mastered track is uploaded to the 'Finals' folder.

What is your turnaround time?

For a standard 1-hour podcast episode, turnaround is 48-72 hours. For complex audiobook mastering or heavy audio restoration, timelines are established during the custom quoting phase.

Can you fix audio recorded on a phone?

Yes. While we can't make a smartphone sound exactly like a $1,000 studio microphone, our restoration tools can drastically improve the clarity, remove the "tinny" echo, and reduce background hums to make it sound professional and listenable.
