Why not just turn off COD entirely?

In markets like India, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe, COD accounts for 60-80% of all e-commerce volume. Turning it off means cutting your revenue by 70%. The goal is to offer it safely, not remove it.

What if the customer ignores the WhatsApp message?

We implement a fallback sequence. If they ignore WhatsApp, we send an SMS. If they ignore SMS, our call center makes an outbound call. If they still don't answer after 48 hours, the order is canceled, saving you the shipping fee.

What is an NDR (Non-Delivery Report)?
