Are You a Seller or a Scavenger?

Retail Arbitrage (RA) is great for starting, but it's a trap. You are driving to stores, peeling off stickers, and praying for clearance deals. It’s not scalable.

The biggest risk? IP Complaints.

When a brand files a Counterfeit Claim, a receipt from Walmart won't save you. You need a Wholesale Invoice from an authorized distributor.

Wholesale is the adult table of Amazon. It’s about building assets—relationships with suppliers—that allow you to restock profitable ASINs with a single email.

The Wholesale Pipeline

From cold outreach to recurring purchase orders.

Reverse Sourcing

We don't look for suppliers first. We look for profitable products on Amazon using Keepa. We identify ASINs with stable prices and high volume, then we hunt down the brand owner or distributor.

Professional Outreach

Brands hate "Amazon Sellers." We position you as a "Value-Added Retailer." We script the calls and emails to explain how you will optimize their listings, run ads, and protect their MAP pricing.

Account Opening & Ungating

We navigate the credit applications and tax forms. Once the account is open, we use the initial invoice to "Ungate" you in restricted brands (like LEGO, Sony, or Neutrogena) on Amazon.

MOQ Negotiation

Minimum Order Quantities can be scary. We negotiate test orders. "Instead of $5k, can we do a $1k test order to verify logistics?" This lowers your risk while building the relationship.

Prep Center Logistics

You don't need a warehouse. We connect you with our network of FBA Prep Centers in tax-free states (like Montana or Delaware). They receive, inspect, label, and ship to Amazon for you.

Restock Systems

The money is in the reorder. We set up inventory forecasting tools so you know exactly when to email your supplier for the next pallet, ensuring you never stock out of your best sellers.

FAQ

How much budget do I need?

Wholesale is capital intensive. While you can start small, most distributors have an opening order minimum (MOQ) of $500 to $2,000. To see real success, we recommend a starting inventory budget of at least $3,000-$5,000.

Do I need a Resale Certificate?

Yes. Legitimate wholesalers will not sell to you without a Resale Certificate (Sales Tax Permit) and an EIN. This proves you are a business, not a consumer.

What is "Reverse Sourcing"?

It's the most efficient way to find products. Instead of looking at a supplier's catalog (10,000 items) and checking Amazon, we find a great selling item on Amazon first, and then track down who distributes it.
