The "Too Little, Too Late" Trap

Most sellers wait until October to start planning for Black Friday. By then, it's already over.

Amazon's fulfillment centers clog up. Inbound shipments take 4 weeks to check in. Ad costs (CPC) triple overnight. If you aren't prepared, you will either run out of stock during the peak or bleed money on ads.

eComHoard operates on a "Wartime" schedule. We lock in your inventory in summer, warm up your ad pixels in autumn, and execute with military precision in winter.

Inventory Lockout

Amazon stops accepting shipments by Nov 1st.

CPC Spike

Ad costs increase by 200-300% during Cyber Week.

Shipping Delays

FBM orders miss Christmas delivery deadlines.

Strategic Roadmap

The Countdown To Profit

A phased approach to dominating the holidays.

Phase 1: The Build

July - August

Inventory forecasting and ordering. We analyze last year's sales velocity to predict stock needs. We begin SEO optimization to rank keywords organically before ad costs rise.

Phase 2: The Load

September - October

Shipments sent to FBA. Lightning Deals and 7-Day Deals submitted. We launch "Warm Up" ad campaigns to build retargeting audiences and boost BSR.

Phase 3: The Blitz

November - December

Black Friday / Cyber Monday execution. Aggressive bidding on high-conversion keywords. Hourly budget monitoring. FBM backup strategies activated if FBA stock runs low.

Phase 4: The Aftermath

January

"New Year, New Me" campaigns. Processing returns efficiently. Clearing out excess seasonal inventory to avoid long-term storage fees.

FAQ

When should I start preparing?

Ideally, July or August. You need to order inventory from suppliers then to ensure it arrives at Amazon FBA before the October/November cutoff dates.

How do I submit Lightning Deals?

Amazon opens the submission window for Black Friday deals usually in September. We monitor your dashboard daily to catch these invite-only opportunities and submit them before the deadline.

What if Amazon loses my FBA inventory in November?

It happens. That's why we always recommend an FBM Backup Strategy. We keep a portion of stock at a 3PL or your warehouse so we can flip the switch to Merchant Fulfilled and keep selling if FBA goes down.
