Invisible To Humans.
Irresistible To Algorithms.
Your listing looks great, but is it indexed? We engineer your backend search terms, subject matter fields, and structured data to ensure Amazon shows your product for thousands of hidden keywords your competitors missed.
The "249-Byte" Guillotine
Amazon's backend search term field has a strict limit: 249 Bytes. Not characters. Bytes.
If you go 1 byte over (250 bytes), Amazon doesn't just cut off the end. They ignore the entire field. Your product becomes invisible for those keywords.
Most sellers waste space with commas (which aren't needed), duplicate words from the title (which are ignored), and "filler words" like "and/for/with."
We treat this field like high-value real estate. We pack it with unique, relevant, high-traffic terms, ensuring every single byte works for you.
The "Comma" Mistake
Commas take up bytes but add no SEO value. Use spaces instead.
The "Duplicate" Mistake
Repeating words from the Title is a waste of precious backend space.
The eComHoard Fix
Pure, unique, space-separated keywords up to exactly 249 bytes.
The Hidden Fields
Search Engine Optimization isn't just about the Title.
Search Terms (ST)
We curate the definitive list of keywords that didn't fit in your title or bullets. We prioritize misspellings ("iphone" vs "ipone") and colloquialisms ("soda" vs "pop") here.
Spanish Translation
Millions of US shoppers search in Spanish. Amazon's auto-translate is flawed. We manually add high-volume Spanish keywords (e.g., "zapatos para correr") into your backend to capture this traffic.
Subject Matter Fields
Often ignored, these 5 fields (50 chars each) are indexed heavily for visual browsing. We use them for specific attributes like "Gift for Dad," "Stocking Stuffer," or "Camping Gear."
Deduplication Protocol
If "Organic" is in your title, putting it in your backend is a waste of space. We run a full cross-check to remove any word already present in your customer-facing copy.
Intended Use & Target Audience
We populate these dropdowns or text fields correctly. Selecting the right "Target Audience" (e.g., "Men," "Seniors") ensures you appear in filtered searches in the sidebar.
Indexing Verification
After updating, we don't just hope it works. We perform an ASIN Reverse Search 24 hours later to verify that Amazon's A9 algorithm has actually indexed the new terms.

FAQ
Does order matter in the Search Terms field?
Officially, Amazon says no. However, we place the most critical keywords at the front just in case. The most important thing is that the word exists in the field.
Should I use commas?
No! Commas are treated as separators, but so are spaces. A comma takes up a byte of data. A space takes up a byte. Using both is redundant. We use spaces only to maximize keyword density.
What about plural words?
Amazon's algorithm automatically accounts for simple plurals (shoe/shoes). You don't need to put both forms in the backend unless it's a completely different spelling.
