How do you know when a customer is "At-Risk"?
We calculate your store's average "Time Between Purchases" (TBP). If your average TBP is 45 days, we set up segments that flag users at day 55 as "Needs Attention" and day 75 as "At-Risk." We use data, not arbitrary timelines.
Will I train my customers to just wait for discounts?
No, because we use unique, one-time-use dynamic codes that expire quickly. Additionally, we only deploy the heavy discounts to segments that have statistically proven they will not return without a financial incentive. Active buyers never see these codes.
Can you re-engage customers who haven't bought in 2 years?
