Forensic Redemption

Most "failed" products don't suffer from a lack of quality. They suffer from a lack of Context.

Maybe your price point was ahead of the market. Maybe your main image didn't explain the mechanism. Or maybe your ad agency was using 2018 tactics in a 2026 world.

Product Redemption is the process of stripping away the "Launch Stigma" and re-introducing your asset to the right audience with modern velocity.

We analyze the negative data, fix the conversion leaks, and deploy a "Phoenix" ad campaign that targets the exact customers your first launch missed.

Update: Improved V2.0!

"They fixed the packaging and the new app integration is flawless. Best buy this year."

Tactical Resurrection

The Comeback Suite

We engineer the second act for your products.

Forensic Failure Audit

We don't guess why it failed. We look at your previous ad account data, heatmaps, and return reasons to identify the "Silent Killer"—whether it's a UI friction point or a messaging misalignment.

Creative Re-Framing

We scrap the old visuals. We design a "V2.0" identity—even if the hardware is the same. We focus on the "Fix" (e.g., "The new, easier-to-use X") to invalidate the old negative reviews and reset consumer perception.

Reputation De-Risking

We manage the cleanup of historical 1-star reviews. We implement "Review Suppression" via new ASIN creation (where compliant) or aggressive, incentivized "Honest Review" campaigns to bury the past.

PPC Blitz Re-launch

We use an aggressive "High-Octane" launch strategy. We flood the platform with fresh signals—external traffic, influencers, and high-bid PPC—to force the algorithm to re-categorize the product as a winner.

Influencer Redemption

We source a new army of creators who specialize in "Honest Appraisals." We frame the content as a "Second Look" or "Why I'm actually buying this now," leveraging their trust to reset yours.

Margin Restoration

If your first launch failed due to low margins, we fix the pricing logic. We bundle the core product with high-margin digital or physical accessories to ensure the comeback is actually profitable.

"We had $50,000 in dead stock for a supplement that failed on launch. eComHoard rebranded the USP as a 'Performance Stack' and ran a blitz re-launch. We sold out in 3 weeks and now it's our top seller."

F.A.Q

Can you fix a product with bad reviews?

Yes. We use two methods: 1) The "Version 2.0" reset, where we explicitly address the old complaints as fixed in the new marketing, and 2) The "Sub-Category Pivot," where we launch under a new ASIN/Listing in a different category to reset the algorithm and review pool.

What if the product itself is the problem?

If the product is fundamentally broken, no amount of marketing will help. During our Audit phase, we will tell you honestly if the product needs physical engineering changes before we spend money on a comeback.

Is a re-launch more expensive than a launch?

It is often cheaper. You already have the assets, the inventory, and the data on what didn't work. We skip the "Discovery" phase and go straight to the "Scaling" phase by focusing on the 10% that actually showed promise in your first attempt.
