Do I have to pay for expensive software like Tableau?
Not necessarily. For most mid-market eCommerce brands ($1M - $10M), we can build incredibly robust, automated dashboards using Looker Studio (which is free) connected to Supermetrics or direct APIs. We only recommend enterprise tools if your data complexity demands it.
How do you track COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) accurately?
We import your landed COGS (manufacturing + freight) directly from Shopify's native COGS fields or a synchronized Google Sheet. We then program the dashboard to subtract COGS, merchant fees (e.g., Stripe's 2.9%), and ad spend from gross revenue to reveal your True Net Margin daily.
Can you pull in Amazon FBA data alongside Shopify?
Yes. This is one of our most requested features. We use API connectors to pull Amazon Seller Central data (Sales, FBA Fees, PPC Spend) and blend it with your Shopify DTC data, giving you a unified "Omnichannel" view of your entire business.
