What is Reorder Propensity Modeling?
It is the use of statistical models and machine learning to analyze past customer behavior (purchases, clicks, email opens) to predict who is most likely to buy again, when they will do it, and what product they want next.
How much data do I need?
Generally, we need at least 1,000 customers and 6 months of historical transaction data to build a statistically significant model. However, even smaller sets can benefit from simplified RFM modeling and replenishement triggers.
How is this different from Klaviyo's "Predictive Analytics"?
While platform tools are a great start, they are "black box" and limited. eComHoard builds custom models that pull data from your *entire* ecosystem (Ads, ERP, Site behavior), giving you much higher accuracy and the ability to export scores to any platform, including Meta Ads for better retargeting.
