What is MER and why is it better than ROAS?
MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) is Total Revenue divided by Total Ad Spend. ROAS only looks at what Facebook/Google *claims* they drove. MER tells you the actual, undeniable health of your entire business. We scale based on MER.
Do you create the ad creatives (videos/images)?
Yes. Performance marketing requires constant creative testing. Under our Flexi Hours and Growth Partner plans, our design team produces iterations of static and video ads to find the winning hooks (UGC, Graphic Overlays, etc).
How much ad spend do I need?
To give the algorithms enough data to optimize properly, we recommend a minimum ad spend of $3,000 to $5,000 per month. Anything less restricts our ability to test multiple audiences and creatives simultaneously.
